Top 10 Highest Paid Football Managers In the World 2016

We know that the job of a manager can be a volatile one, just ask Brian McDermott, Nigel Adkins and more recently Blackburn’s Michael Appleton. However if you are good enough it can be very lucrative. Top French football publication France Football has just released its top 10 managerial rich list ranking these top bosses in order of earnings in the past year. The list shows the usual suspects but also some surprises including one Premier League boss who is presently out of a job.

Footbally Daily have put together the list of the top ten highest paid managers in world football with very few surprises making the list. All the usual suspects are in the list with the likes of Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona  Bayern Munich and Arsenal all getting representation in the list. Fabio Capello, the Russian national team’s manager, is the only manager in the top ten that doesn’t manage a club, while Marcelo Lippi, the manager of Guangzhou Ever grande is a bit of an interesting one in the list as well.
